REFEREE :  Referees will be called by their team's Coach. All Referees are REQUIRED to attend the Coches meeting. 

Referees should consider themselves field "supervisors" or "managers" instead of official referees. The intent of this adult supervisor is to insure a safe environment.  The role of the field supervisor is that of a facilitator: insuring that players put the ball back into play properly. This allows the players to learn how to regulate the games (decisions on who caused the ball to go out of play). The field supervisors are dressed distinctively but not necessarily in the traditional black uniform. 

    A Futsal rule book will be posted on this site and/or made available. One can be down loaded from www.futsal.com The rules will be modified for the younger age groups and recreational play.

    Each team will provide a Referee. If there is no Referee volunteer for a team, that team is responsible for a $20 Referee fee PER GAME. If neither team at a game provides a referee, EACH team is responsible for a $20 Referee fee for that game. 

U-8  Teams :  U-8 teams are exempt from the Referee fee requirement. All  U-8 games will be Referee'd (per game half) by each team Coach or Parent Volunteer.
